Click on “Dashboard” in the main menu, then click Auction on the left sidebar, and click Add Product.
The seller must never send the purchased item until tracking is provided by the trade buyer. After 3 days of no tracking provided by the buyer, the buyer will then be under review for a first-time offense or permanent ban depending on a 2nd offense. The buyer must contact support@bidhaggle.com with an explanation. Exceptions are made with certain circumstances or valid reasoning. It is then up to the discretion of the seller to continue the sale or refund the buyer.
We plan on growing quickly and staying in the auction & trade business for the long ride. So please do business respectfully, and let’s have some fun making trades!
Anything offensive, illegal or prohibited to be sold by your country or state to outside states or countries will need to be removed from the listing immediately. Please do thorough research on the products you plan on selling and where they are to be delivered. Bid Haggle is not responsible for misconduct by a seller and will take necessary steps to ensure the safety of others using the platform. You must be 18 to use the platform.
If a seller accepts a “Haggle” offer and a trade is accepted, the buyer is required to send the item and make payment first. Once the item the buyer purchased is paid for and their trade item is sent with tracking, the buyer will add the tracking number to the “Trade Shipments” page in their Dashboard page. The seller will then see the provided tracking number in their “Trade Shipments” page under the Dashboard page. You can then safely ship your item to the buyer and provide tracking to them in the “Trade Shipments” page as well.
The buyer is solely responsible for making sure they have the funds secured to purchase any item they have made on offer on using the Bid Haggle platform. The buyer must never send the item unless they make payment first and they have verified the trade item is in possession to be sent with a tracking number. Shipping insurance is recommended to be safe. Bid Haggle takes this seriously, and any unresolved activity would be up for review.
